I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, especially Mr. Abdou from the e-commerce department who went above and beyond to ensure my mum's birthday was truly special. The hotel's standards are top-notch, with quality service and customized offers. The location is perfect, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, and the beautiful pool and facilities exceeded my expectations.
I did come across some minor issues during my stay, such as the need for some maintenance work in the rooms and a lack of thorough cleaning. However, these didn't hinder my overall experience, and I would still highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The pool was fantastic and the room was absolutely lovely. The hotel facilities were of a high standard and the staff, particularly Ahmed in the bar, provided great service. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was enjoyable and the hotel was very clean.

The location of the hotel is quite inconvenient as there are no shops or restaurants nearby, forcing guests to solely rely on the hotel for meals and snacks. the WiFi connection is unreliable and almost non-existent throughout the property, making it difficult for guests who rely on internet access for work or communication. The rooms are cold and require the constant use of the air conditioning to maintain a comfortable temperature. The spa services are subpar, with amateur therapists providing treatments. the outdoor pool is too cold to enjoy, and guests are charged extra to use the indoor pool, which is also cold. The staff also try to upsell overpriced excursions to guests, instead of allowing them to find their own driver at a cheaper price in the city.
The reception staff was not welcoming and failed to provide adequate service upon arrival, leaving guests hungry and frustrated. The rusted fridge in the room was not suitable for use, causing concerns for guests.
